AFTER BABY
The early weeks are often when help is needed most. Support doesn’t have to end at six weeks. My aim is to create a space where you feel held, safe, and supported enough to rest and recover during the early days, weeks, and months of parenthood.
-
The intention of my postpartum support is to create the space for you to recover and bond with your baby. Whatever helps make that happen is exactly what I’m here to do.
It might be to listen with an empathic ear, holding your baby whilst you sleep or shower, preparing a meal, or helping with small practical tasks around the home.
Whether it’s a one-off afternoon or a regular number of hours each week, I’m happy to talk through your needs and explore how I can best support you and your family.
